who i am

i went to the best engineering school in Asia, the University of Hong Kong, where i was a researcher at the Laboratory for Space Research, then went on to MIT. before that i was an analyst at Deloitte. today i'm the founder of SIML, where i'm building the future of commerce for agents.

i was born in Kyrgyzstan, into an Uzbek-Uyghur family. i love history and finance, and i had some of my best time at @Bard — i still miss it there.

things i'm proud of

i'm building SIML, the coolest AI that runs online stores. ecommerce has been my world since i was 16 — i scaled my own stores past $100K and have shipped more than ten products for sellers along the way.

i love markets and trading. after meeting Shayne Coplan, the CEO of Polymarket, i built PolyHunt. earlier i built Tail AI, a personal finance app that was acquired.

where this is going

i believe the future will be different, and whatever i build, eventually it will be for humanity. my bet is that in the coming years it'll be agents selling to each other — agents and humanoids eliminating all the boring jobs.

i think four sectors will matter most for humanity: the allocation of money, defense, health, and commerce.

AI became the second industrial revolution, and everything we imagined in movies is becoming reality. we are blessed.

what i believe
  • the cost of inaction is more expensive than the cost of action.
  • good things take time.
  • success is not the finish line — time is.
  • money buys the chance to explore what makes you happy.
  • don't be a sellout. have your stance.
  • learn history — the patterns always repeat. (The Lessons of History)
a few facts
  • finished high school at 16.
  • speak 5 languages.
  • traveled to 16 countries.
  • Real Madrid fan, and i collect artworks.

in life i've been deeply inspired by Paul Graham and his essays. here are a couple of my own — click to read.
